Charlotte has specialised in Private Client law since 2020. She helps her clients to plan for the future by preparing Wills that range from being simple in nature to complex Wills, depending upon her clients needs and goals.
Charlotte prepares and registers Lasting Powers of Attorney, enabling her clients to choose who they would like to manage their affairs and make decisions on their behalf when they are no longer able to.
Charlotte can assist personal representatives with all aspects of the estate administation process. Charlotte also helps her clients apply to the Court of Protection to appoint deputies for people who no longer have the mental capacity to manage their own financial affairs.
Charlotte completed her studies in Liverpool and Birmingham before relocating to Peterborough to complete her training. Thereafter, Charlotte worked at two high street firms in the West Midlands.
Charlotte is an associate member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and a Dementia Friend.
Outside of work, charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
